Birthday!

So I really suck at writing at this blog all the time. I just feel I have nothing really cool to write about, but this time I do. I had my birthday last week!
I had asked my mom a couple of weeks in advance if I could eat dinner over at her house because I've always loved having my mom make me something special for my birthday. So this year I asked if she would make me Chinese food. So she did, she made chow mein, low mein, and my sister made egg rolls at my mom's house.
My mom also made me cupcakes like ice cream cones, she baked cake in the ice cream cones and made it like my favorite ice cream, mint chocolate chip! A couple of my gifts were my brother gave me socks (because I love socks) and gum, and my sister and brother in law gave me a cute scarf that Tedi made. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

Cooking Dinner

As most of you know I live with my dad and so most of the time I make dinner for us and David if it's his week to be here. So tonight I made a new dish, I made soup and corn bread. It was really good and it didn't take me all that long to make everything. The first picture is of the corn bread after I made it, I just got a mix from Walmart and it turned out really good, and the second is the soup, the lighting in the kitchen and the fact that I used my phone does nothing but make it look funny but it was good. You can see that from my face.

New Moon

So last week on Thursday I went to an advanced showing of New Moon!
It was awesome, I went with my best friend Sidney and we drove up to Thanksgiving Point to where it was being shown. It was a really crowded place and we really didn't know where to go but we figured everyone in line was everyone that was going to see New Moon. I've never been to the first showing or anything before so it was fun getting to experience that.

As for my review I thought it was amazing, it was so much better than Twilight. It was so much fun being in a room of more than a hundred women and them ALL loving the Twilight Saga as much as Sidney and I do. So all of us women oh'd and aw'd when Jacob is that. Yes I am still Team Edward but this movie ALMOST made me want to switch sides, ALMOST.

Sadie's

So this last Saturday was my first girl ask guy dance. I asked my friend Logan, he's in three of my classes on B day and hes so funny. I asked him two weeks before the dance. My friend Monica and I went to Walmart and bought smarties and dum dum's. I still have some if anyone wants any haha. But after that we went back to my house and found a couple paper plates and wrote on one "To Logan: Don't be a dum dum be a smartie and go to Sadies with me" then we made a little trail of them from his back door into his living room and at the end there was a HUGE pile of them with puzzle pieces with my name on it.

But anyways fast forward to Saturday. I picked up Logan, Monica, and Jonathan and off we went to Hayley's house. We had six couples in our group:Monica and Jonathan, Aubrey and Jonah, Hayley and Nathaniel, Dani and Josh, Bailey and Peyton, and Carolin and Logan!

We ate dinner at Hayley's we had chicken, salad, fruit, and veggies. After we ate dinner we had a fondue party! We melted chocolate and dipped a lot of stuff into it, I even dipped broccoli into the chocolate.

After that we played a game called Curses. It was my first time playing it and I had SO much fun. To start off the game Jonah did a great impression of a man turning into a werewolf because of a full moon. That was just the first person to go.

When we had played for about an hour we decided we might as well go to the dance. We went to the dance and didn't stay long we were thinking about getting pictures but we didn't. After that Monica, Jonathan, Logan, and I went to Sonic and were going to get hot chocolate BUT they closed early so we just drove up to McDonalds and got some.

I had SO much fun....Can't wait for the next dance!

Homecoming game

I went to the Homecoming game last Friday night with three of my girlfriends, they are in this order me, Monica, Sydney, Aubrey. We had a lot of fun, we got our faces painted and ate too many cheese sticks, drank Sonic drinks and watched a hotdog eating contest that would make you not want to eat a hotdog ever again. After the tailgate party we went to the game where we cheered and screamed and did everything you do at a football game. We totally WASTED Uintah with 30 something to 3 I think it was. I had the BEST time, I grunted, and showed them where its at. I'm so sad that this is one of my last homecoming games but next year SHS will prevail!
